You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
Once we receive your returned item (if applicable) and verify it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for your purchase.
To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our customer support team by emailing support@gsvexim.com with your order ID and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Our team will be happy to assist you further.

For payments made through other UPI compliant apps(external VPA), the refund is credited to the customer’s account in 3 days.
